A range of high quality die cutters together with talented operators allows us to fit your project to the appropriate equipment. Our traditional die cutting equipment includes two Heidelberg cylinders and a 2013 Bobst Novacut 106 with automatic stripping. These allow us to die cut up to a 28” x 40” sheet on a variety of materials. Applications include:

• Packaging in conjunction with folding cartons and boxes
• Presentation Folders and Direct Mailers
• CD and multimedia holders
• Key and credit card holders
• Labels and tags

In addition our Busch high die cutter is ideal for custom shaped pads, cards and books, particularly children’s board books.

Falling within our die cutting department, embossing and debossing capabilities can give your project the executive treatment. Whether it is registered or blind embossing, in some cases we are able to emboss and die cut in a single pass to give you maximum value.
